We have been receiving a number of questions regarding flag practice, times, dates, etc. 

Here is an overview to help address any questions. 

FLAG PRACTICE, KEY DATES, & ROSTERS

Practice Overview
Practices start the week of Aug 14th.
Total of only 3 practices all taking place the first week.
Coaches will communicate practice dates and times for the week of Aug 14th.
No practices after the first week.

Key Dates 
Flag practices (3 total) start: August 14, 2023
Flag Week 1 Games: August 19, 2023
Flag Week 2 Games: August 26, 2023
Flag Week 3 Games: September 9, 2023
Flag Week 4 Games: September 16, 2023

Roster Communication
Rosters will be assembled in early August. 
Expect to hear from us prior to the first week of what team your player is on.
